W. Donald Wellman

Don was born on Sept. 15, 1927 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Roscoe & Minnie (Gamble) Wellman. On Dec. 28, 1949 he married Patricia M. Bryant. Don was a Pastor of the Nazarene Church for over 50 years. He received an honorary doctorate from Olivet Nazarene University, where he was awarded an Outstanding Alumni. He founded Discipling Ministries International, an organization dedicated to understanding and spreading the Word of God, and whose publications are translated into seven languages.

Они верят, что долг, ответственность и привилегия каждого верующего, рожденного свыше, - быть не только учеником, но и учителем, потому что свое земное служение Иисус Христос начал со слов: “Идите за мною ... и Я сделаю вас ловцами человеков” (Матф. 4:19). И закончено Его служение на земле было словами: “Идите, научите” (Матф. 28:19).
